My name is Tammy, and I am the creator of Glitz'd 23 Cosmetics.  I have had a love for nail polish for as long as I can remember and I am so happy to be able to share that love with you through my shop.  The nail polishes and lipsticks that I offer are all handmade by me. Every item purchased will always be made with love and care.

My polishes are all 5 Free-- they do not contain Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor or Toluene and are cruelty free. My lipsticks are created with only top notch ingredients so you can rest assured that you will not only be beautiful, but safe as well.
